What Affordable Junk Removal Actually Looks Like
Affordable junk removal in Toronto uses load-based pricing from $49 - a quarter, half, three-quarter, or full truck - with the number locked in writing before the WSIB-compliant two-person crew touches anything. There are no hourly rates, no travel fees, no fuel surcharges, and no disposal add-ons. Every load includes Furniture Bank Toronto and Habitat ReStore donation routing, Ontario-certified recycling, and Ontario Ministry of the Environment eco-certified disposal.
Our position is simple. We quote by volume, we give you the band before you book, we confirm the exact figure before anything is lifted, and we do not add fees at the end. If the number is higher than you hoped, you can stop us on the driveway at no cost. That same upfront, load-based pricing applies to every job we run, from a single item to our full junk removal service across Toronto and the GTA.
What Our Pricing Includes
Every quoted price covers all of the following:
- The two-person crew and the truck
- Fuel and travel within our GTA service area
- All loading, carrying, stairs, and long driveway runs
- Transfer station tipping fees and disposal costs
- Sorting for donation and recycling
- A sweep-up of the cleared space
There is no fuel levy, no disposal surcharge, no stair fee, and no minimum labour charge. The only add-on that exists is the flat $50 same-day rush, and we tell you about it when you call.
The Full Price List
| Load size | Price | Roughly what fits |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum | $49 to $89 | One or two items |
| Quarter truck | $89 to $149 | A small pile of furniture and boxes |
| Half truck | $199 to $279 | About one room of contents |
| Full truck | $389 to $549 | A large room or small property |
| Extra truckload | $349 to $499 | Each additional load |
Per-unit items sit outside the load bands: appliances are $89 to $129, mattresses $79 to $109, hot tubs $299 to $499, and sheds $349 to $599.
How To Pay Less
We would rather tell you this than have you find out afterwards.
Consolidate Into One Visit
Two separate quarter-truck pickups cost more than one half-truck load. If more junk is coming out next month, waiting and doing it once is cheaper.
Use Free City Collection For What Qualifies
Toronto collects a limited number of bulky items on your regular day at no charge. If your pile is mostly eligible items and you can get them to the curb, put those out and only pay us for what is left.
Drop Small Reusables Yourself
A few bags of clothing or kitchenware can go to a charity shop in a car boot for nothing. It sounds obvious, but it can move a job down a whole price band.
Sort Hazardous Items Ahead
Paint, solvents, and motor oil cannot go in our truck at any price. Household hazardous waste depots take them free of charge, and separating them before we arrive avoids wasted crew time.
What We Will Not Do
We will not quote a number over the phone and change it when the truck is in your driveway. We will not advertise a headline rate that only applies to a load nobody actually has. And we will not price match against a quote we cannot verify, because the low number is usually the one with the fees attached.
