The difference from a standard commercial job is scale and sequence. A warehouse is not cleared in one truckload, and racking cannot be pulled apart in any order without turning a structure into a hazard. Common Problems We Solve
Nobody Will Quote The Whole Site
Most operators quote one truck and then discover the job is five. We do a walkthrough or work from photographs and floor dimensions, then give a realistic load count so the total is known before we start.
The Racking Has To Come Down Safely
Pallet racking carries load in tension and compression, and taking it down in the wrong sequence is genuinely dangerous. Beams come out level by level, uprights last, and the steel goes to a metal recycler.
Shipping Cannot Stop
A working warehouse still has trucks arriving. We plan around your dock allocation, including evening and weekend slots, so we are never competing for the same bay as your carrier.
The Lease Requires An Empty Shell
Industrial leases usually require the premises returned clear, including any tenant-installed racking and fittings. We work to the handover date and document the clearance.
