The Old Fixtures Are Still In The Garage
Old vanities, cabinets, doors, and radiators get set aside during a build “to deal with later” and then stay put for months. They go in the same load as the packaging.
The Contractor Did Not Include Disposal
Many renovation quotes cover labour and materials but not the removal of waste. Booking a load-based clear-out is generally cheaper than a contractor’s disposal line item.
The Handover Or Move-In Date
If a property is being handed to a tenant, a buyer, or a family moving back in, the clear-out has to happen on a specific day. We hold windows for exactly that.
